Children hearing a story The Children's Department provides many exciting services for children from birth through 6th grade, and for their parents and care givers. A wide variety of programs for children of all ages is offered throughout the year. Registration is required for most of these programs.

Children can ask informational questions as well as ask for suggestions for good books to read just for fun.

Youngsters may either visit the Department in their quest for information or books to read or call on the telephone.
